We are always pleased to receive referrals of candidates to us.
Our policy is to pay the sum of £500 to the person who refers any candidate to us whom we recruit to a client firm, company or organisation. This will be paid within 7 days of our company receiving the full recruitment fee.
Importantly, we are so confident in our ability to recruit the right people for our clients that there will be no clawback or refund sought from you should the candidate leave the role prior to the expiration of any probation period.
To qualify (1) email us the candidate’s name, telephone number, email address and current employer name (2) confirm to us that you have their permission make the referral (3) we must not have been in contact with them (or visa versa) about a new role within the preceding 8 week period prior to them being referred to us by you.
